Rainwater goods include all pipes and fittings for collecting and discharging rainwater and meltwater flowing from pitched and flat roofs. Rainwater drainage pipes are available in lengths of 4 and 6 meters. Available in three colours: grey RAL 7037, black RAL 8019 and white RAL 9010. The grey pipes are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1329 (KOMO-approved to NEN 1329). White and brown pipes are not certified. Rainwater drainage pipes are not suitable for horizontal use in the ground because the pipe walls are not sufficiently strong. Pipes are supplied without a pre-shaped socket and are assembled with appropriate fittings. At one end around the pipe (socket) and at the other in the pipe (reduced spigot). PVC rainwater drainage pipes are joined by solvent welding. The various adhesives, as well as the product information, can be found in the adhesives and sealants section of our catalogue. Rainwater pipes and fittings in 80 mm and 100 mm sizes are also suitable for use as air supply piping for closed central heating boilers. PVC pipes are recommended in the Dutch National Sustainable Building package because PVC can be recycled. You can return used PVC to Van Walraven for recycling.
