Description
SEP RCE1 earth leakage circuit breaker (also abbreviated to alamat) protects an electrical installation against both excessive leakage current (whereby a fault current flows away to earth) and overcurrent due to overload or short circuit. RCCBs are basically a combination of an installation circuit breaker and a residual current device in one housing. The RCE1 needs a minimum voltage of <40V to function and may therefore be used as supplementary protection according to NEN1010:2015.
