The Netherlands

Are you a registered customer?
Then we deliver free of charge within the Netherlands (unloaded and along paved roads), with the exception of prefab products. A surcharge applies for deliveries to the Wadden Islands.

Are you not (yet) a registered customer?
Small equipment: €7.50 (free delivery for orders over €50)
Large equipment: €50 (free delivery for orders over €350)

Belgium

We deliver free of charge to postcode areas 22xx, 23xx, 24xx, 35xx, 36xx and 39xx.

Large items: €60 (free delivery for orders over €750)

Germany, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Finland, Sweden, and Ireland

As a customer from these countries you must register first and a valid VAT number is required:
Small items: €35 (free delivery for orders over €450)

Shipping costs for large items(pallets/lengths) and for other countries available on request via sales@vanwalraven.com

Orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. will be delivered the next working day, if in stock. Orders via the webshop and your software package can be placed until 5.30 p.m.
Please note: 24-hour delivery is not possible in postcode area 45.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method:

Within Europe: typically 2 to 5 business days.
Outside Europe: dependent on shipping method (air or sea freight), ranging from 5 to 20 business days.

We deliver to most European countries and selected destinations outside of Europe.

We do not deliver to:
Embargoed countries or regions with strict trade restrictions
Remote areas without logistical capabilities

Yes, depending on the destination country, import duties and other customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods. For shipments under the DDP Incoterm, we handle these charges on behalf of the customer.

Within the EU: For deliveries to businesses with a valid VAT number, we apply a 0% VAT rate. Without a VAT number, Dutch VAT will be charged.
Outside the EU: No VAT is charged; however, import taxes and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.

We operate under the following Incoterms:

EXW (Ex Works): The customer collects goods from our location.
DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to the specified address, excluding import duties.
CPT (Carriage Paid To): Primarily for air freight orders.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Optional, where we manage all costs, including import duties and VAT.
