The warranty period varies per item. Whether an item is eligible for warranty depends on the complaint. When you return an item to us in connection with a complaint, in many cases we will send it to the supplier for assessment, and the supplier will carry out a warranty assessment. The supplier may offer the following solutions: repair by the manufacturer / service visit by the manufacturer / credit invoice / delivery of a new item / rejection of the request.
