Business relations at Van Walraven can obtain full access to the website by means of a username and password. You can request login details by clicking on ‘login/register’ at the top right of the screen or via your regular contact person. You will receive your login details within one hour on weekdays.

You can find your username (email address or customer number) in the email you received when you became a customer. If you have not saved this email, please contact our e-commerce department at ecommerce@vanwalraven.com. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on the ‘Log in/register’ button at the top right of the screen.

You can find your customer number in your account details. Go to ‘My account’ at the top right of the screen and click on 'Account and addresses’.

You can easily change your details yourself. To do so, go to ‘My account’ at the top right of the screen and then click on ‘Account and addresses’.

If you wish to change your invoice address, please send an email to debiteuren@vanwalraven.com.

Would you like to add additional users to your Van Walraven account for your company? Go to ‘My account’ at the top right of the screen and click on ‘User management’.

Go to ‘User management’ via ‘My account’ in the top right-hand corner of the menu. Here you will see an overview of the users. You can remove the relevant user via the ‘Change’ button.

To create alternative delivery addresses for your orders, go to ‘My account’ at the top right of the screen and select ‘Account and addresses'. Here you can easily add and remove alternative delivery addresses.

You can download the files on the ‘Downloads’ page. This is only possible if you log in at the top right of the screen via ‘Log in/register’.
