If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return for the item you wish to return via our website.
Once you have logged in, go to 'My account' at the top right of the screen and select 'Request return'. Fill in the return form here. You can then order the new item via our webshop.

You can request a return via our website. Once you have logged in, click on 'Request return' in the top right-hand corner of the screen under 'My account'. Here you can fill in the return form.

Don't have an online account? Then you can submit your return request here.

If you wish to return your order or part thereof, we will charge a 15% return fee.
