Ordering | Customer Service

To place an order, please follow these steps:

• Go to the item of your choice.
• Click the green 'Add to cart' button.
• You can now continue browsing the range and repeat the first steps if you wish to order multiple items.
• If you wish to complete your order, click on 'Shopping cart' at the top right of the screen and then on 'Go to shopping cart' to complete your order.
• In the shopping cart, you can still adjust the number of items you wish to order.
• Once your shopping cart is complete, click on the blue 'Order' button.
• You will now be taken to the order details page. Here you can enter a reference or project name and choose delivery or collection at a branch of your choice. You can also enter an alternative delivery address and select a desired delivery date on this page. Select a payment method and click on the blue 'next step' button.
• You will now see an overview of your order so that you can check it. Would you like to change anything? Then click on the blue 'back' button. When everything is correct, click on the blue 'proceed to payment' button to complete the order and payment.

You can search by supplier number, item description or item number. The blue 'all products' button in the menu bar allows you to easily find a specific item. After selecting an item group, sub-groups will appear. Here you can see what an item group consists of. You can click through to a specific item group. Clicking on an item will display the item information and specifications for the item you have selected.

Our website displays gross prices. After logging in, you will see the gross and net prices, excluding VAT. If you have not agreed on any terms and conditions, you will not see any discounts after logging in. If you have any questions about your terms and conditions, please contact your dedicated sales representative or the sales department on 0297-30 00 00.

We are a technical wholesaler. You are welcome to visit any of our sales counters. Consumers cannot place orders with us via the website or by telephone.

If you wish to change or cancel an order you have already placed, please contact the sales department by telephone on 0297-30 00 00.
Please note: changing or cancelling your order is only possible on the day you placed the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order that has already been shipped.

You can easily order Van Walraven barcodes from us, which you can use for the Van Walraven barcode ordering system.

When you go to 'My account' at the top right of the screen, you can select 'Backorders'. Here you will see an overview of all backorders.

You can easily view your order history via 'My account' at the top right of the screen. Here you can choose between 'Total order history' or 'Online order history'.
